Global Inventory Control
Job Description:
Individual supply chain based
project(s) that is to be completed by the end of the summer. GIC summer interns
are given the opportunity to live out the Mary Kay mission by planning and
leading an event at the Family Place Women's Shelter. Weekly blog post
submitted to the departments SharePoint site. End of summer presentation to
team including the director, VP of supply planning & inv. control and even
university faculty/ staff. The opportunity to attend a variety of supply chain
related meetings with various team members
Qualifications:
Degree: Supply Chain Management
Preferred Classification: Junior
REQUIRED:
· High level of attention to detail and strong organizational
skills
· Enthusiasm and a desire to learn and contribute
ideas

· Willingness to work in teams and take initiative for individual

Regulatory Affairs
Job Description:
Intern will assist Regulatory Affairs
specialists with preparing registration
dossiers and Product Information Files (PIFs). Intern will also assist the RA
Coordinator in the preparation and shipping of product samples for
registration. The intern will have an
opportunity to learn about the role of RA in the company and its relationships
with other teams.
Qualifications:
Degree: Science or International
Business
Preferred Classification: Sophomore
or Junior
REQUIRED:

Familiarity with Word, Excel
·
Ability to prioritize and manage work on several
on-going projects.
DESIRED:
·
Experience working on cross-functional teams a
plus.
