Quality Engineer

Job Description:

This intern will be part of the validation engineering team working on statistical process control data collection, process & packaging validation activities to improve quality

Degree: Engineering

REQUIRED:

         ·        Excel, good writing skills

       DESIRED: 

         ·        Minitabm SPC knowledge of cpk, ppk, dppm

Job Description:

The intern will have the opportunity to transfer their theoretical learnings to a real life company and get a first hand look at the challenges which a company faces in a changing economic environment.

The Continuous Improvement  team works across all functions and departments therefore providing the individual with a broad overview of how the business works and how all the different departments and functions work together to achieve a shared objective. They will get the chance to focus on the customer requirements of cost, quality and safety at the new plant.

Degree: Business or Engineering

       Preferred Classification: Graduate or Recent Graduate

         ·        Stakeholder Engagement and Management, Change Management, Data

                 Collection and Analysis, Problem Solving, Positivity

         ·        Previous CI experience, e.g. Green Belt.

Job Description:

Will work with Cell Engineers on daily assignments and projects related to the Engineering role.  In addition, the intern will work on at least one process improvement project that can be implemented before the end of their Summer assignment.

Degree: Engineering

       Preferred Classification: Junior

      ·        Critical thinking

      ·        Able to demonstrate problem solving and have excellent written and oral

              communication skills
