eBusiness Intern

Job Description:

Perform the services of a Business Analyst on DBS/eBusiness product teams. The candidate will be responsible for working across business and IT teams to gather and document requirements.  The candidate will also perform initial triage of incoming bugs for supported applications. Triage includes validation of the bug, providing additional business or technical information for the developers, and answering questions the developers may have when they estimate and start work. Candidates will write test cases for bugs/requirements and then run those test cases in various environments.

 

Qualifications:

Degree: Analytics, MIS

Preferred Classification: Senior or Graduate Student 

REQUIRED:

IT Risk & Compliance

Job Description:

The intern will be responsible for assisting the Risk and Compliance Specialists in developing risk program and managing compliance process to strengthen the IT control environment.  Projects and day-to-day tasks may include assisting upgrade and enhancement of GRC solution, with performing vendor risk assessments, evaluating third party control environments through review of SOC reports, assessing internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies, and creating/updating IT department risk registries.

Qualifications:

Degree: IT, Computer Science, Business Administration

Preferred Classification: Senior or Graduate Student

 

REQUIRED:

·         Have a basic understanding of information technology; risk and compliance standards and frameworks; and the principle of auditing.

·         GPA at least 3.25

DESIRED: 

·         Working towards CPA or CISA certificates.

·         Familiar with industry framework and standard (such as COBIT, ISO, NIST and etc.)

·         Knowledge of GRC solutions

 

IST Asset Management

Job Description:

The intern will be responsible for assisting the IT Asset Management team in implementing and ensuring compliance with IT hardware and software policies, procedures and processes.  Projects and day-to-day task may include assisting with implementation of new Software Asset Management solution, performing IT asset hardware inventory audits, maintaining hardware and software inventory databases, creating/updating reports to relay compliance, cost and other metrics related to IT asset management.

 

Qualifications:

Degree: IT, Computer Science, Business Administration

Preferred Classification: Senior or Graduate Student

 

REQUIRED:

·         Have a basic understanding of information technology and asset management standards and frameworks.

·         GPA at least 3.25

 

DESIRED: 

·         Knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and procedures.

·         Knowledge of IT Asset Management solutions/tools.

 

SCS PMO Admin

Job Description:

Weekly tasks across all SCS projects will include generating reports to track and analyze performance (e.g. Tenrox time entry actuals versus forecasted hours,) maintaining project properties across multiple applications (Tenrox, CA PPM, and Aha!,) and consolidating status for management reporting.  Additional work will include supporting project PM’s for various requests (e.g. research, data entry, document prep) as well as participation in ongoing efforts to document PMO processes, build SOP’s, create deliverable templates, and organize SharePoint documentation.

 

Qualifications:

Degree: IT

Preferred Classification: Junior or Senior

 

REQUIRED:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.,)

·         Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills

·         Ability to successfully work in a team environment but also be self-driven to accomplish tasks.

DESIRED: 

·         SharePoint experience
